Call out charges
Inclusive of the first hour of labour provided

- The hourly rate of labour provided following the initial first hour will then be charged at £45 per hour
Boiler Service
Charge not including any necessary new parts

- The cost includes a full boiler service but does not include the cost of any parts required for repairs
CP12 Landlord Gas Safety
Dependent on the number of appliances checked
£60-100
- If you are a private landlord, we will check and verify the safety of each gas appliance in your property
For any larger and on-going projects, a daily rate charge per eight hour day will be provided dependent on the work involved and estimated time of completion.
